Guests are required to inspect the room immediately upon check-in. If you are not satisfied with the room, room layout, cleanliness, or condition, you must report the issue to the manager or reception immediately so that we are given the opportunity to resolve the matter during your stay.
Any complaints, requests, or issues raised after checkout will not be accepted, including requests for refunds, discounts, or compensation.
By proceeding with the booking and staying at the property, guests acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
Prices vary during peak Season. Peak Season includes School Holidays, Public Holidays, Long Weekends, Christmas, Easter, etc. (Long Weekends have a 2 Night Minimum)

Kalganyi Holiday Park allows pets in your own accommodation (Camping Sites Only). Pets are not allowed in our cabins or other park facilities. Pets must be on a lead at all times & clean up after them.
If cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival date, an administration fee of $25 will apply. If cancelled within 14 days of arrival, full amount will be deducted from credit card. Refunds do not apply to early departure. All cabins are non smoking.
The park has full rights to require any person to leave immediately if:
They breach any park rule.
Their behaviour affects, disturbs, or risks the safety of any other guest.
They fail to follow management instructions.
Eviction is without refund, and guests may be banned from returning.
The park may conduct maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and installations at any time.
Verbal notice only will be provided when necessary.
Guest permission is NOT required under any circumstances.
Guests must not interfere with or obstruct work.
If no contract or written agreement is signed between the guest and the holiday park,
the park may issue a 24-hour Vacate Notice requiring the guest to leave the site.
Failure to vacate within the 24-hour period will result in removal by management or authorities.
By staying in this park, guests acknowledge and accept all rules and policies above.
Guests must understand that non-compliance may result in immediate eviction.
This policy is mandatory for everyone staying at the park.
